"Noticing way fewer crashes lately"
I’ve been using the app for a while, and the biggest thing I’ve noticed is that it feels a lot more stable now. It used to crash here and there, but lately the pattern has been consistent: booking a ride works, ending the ride works, and I’m not running into those random hangs anymore. It’s simple to use and so far it’s been smooth most of the time

"Scanned the QR code and the…"
Scanned the QR code and the bike unlocked right away, which was a relief. Last time I half expected the app to act up, but nope, no issues this time. The ride started super smoothly and I was on my way in seconds. I was actually heading out to grab coffee, got distracted by a dog in a tiny sweater for a minute, but the bike part was totally hassle-free. Happy with it overall...

"Smooth and hassle-free payments"
I’ve used Yulu a few times now, the payment process has been super smooth every single time. It’s always worked on the first try, and I haven’t had any issues with failed payments or money getting stuck. Hassle-free experience so far

"Felt like an unfair penalty"
I’m sure I locked the bike properly, but the app showed some kind of issue afterward and I ended up getting a penalty. I’ll admit I don’t have full proof or anything, but from my side it really didn’t feel like I did anything wrong. Support basically just said rules are rules, which was frustrating. I’m fine paying fines when I actually mess up, but this one felt unfair.

"Faster commute, but reliability worries me"
My commute has definitely gotten quicker since using the bikes, which is great. But the one I grabbed had problems more than once, so it kind of makes me feel like these bikes just aren’t that reliable in general. Nice when they work, frustrating when they don’t.

"Support was quick, but the app felt a little clunky"
I had a problem getting my ride to end properly, which was kind of annoying at the time. Support got back to me fast and fixed it, so I can’t really complain too much. Maybe I just missed something, but it felt like the whole process could’ve been a bit smoother.

"Reliable for short office rides"
I’ve been using Yulu for short office trips, and the battery range shown is mostly accurate. Even when it says 12 km left, it usually goes close to that, unlike some other bikes where the battery drops suddenly. That kind of stress is totally avoidable, so it’s nice to be able to plan my ride without worrying too much. Good experience so far.

"Deposit came back okay"
I’ve used Yulu a few times and was a bit worried about the deposit at first. It did come back to my account after about 3 days, so no major issue there. I just wish the app showed the refund status a little more clearly. Did anyone else feel confused about where the deposit was or when it would come back?

"Unlock can take a few tries"
Sometimes it takes a few tries to unlock, which is a little frustrating. Not sure if anyone else has noticed this too, but it doesn’t always work on the first attempt for me.

"Good for short rides, but GPS could be more reliable"
I’ve been using Yulu mainly for short rides, and overall it’s helpful. I just wish the GPS was a bit more accurate because sometimes the app shows a bike nearby, but when I get there, it’s not exactly at that spot or it’s a little farther away. It usually works fine, but in crowded areas or near big buildings, the location seems to jump around, which can be confusing. I still think it’s a useful service, so hopefully they improve the GPS tracking soon. For now, I’d give it 3 stars.

"I’ve used Yulu a few times now…"
I’ve used Yulu a few times now and ending the trip has mostly been smooth.. one time the app took a few seconds to update but it still ended properly and I wasn’t charged extra. Overall it’s been reliable, just wish it was a little faster sometimes

"Pretty good ride overall"
I was in a good mood after the ride because it went smoothly overall. The only thing that kind of annoyed me was needing a stable internet connection the whole time. As long as the connection holds up, the experience is good.

"Worth Keeping Around"
From what I remember of trying it out at first, I wasn’t totally sure I’d use it enough to justify the subscription. But after having it for a while, I can say it’s been worth it. I’ve come back to it more often than I expected, and looking back, I don’t really feel like I wasted my money

"Finding a Yulu can be a bit hit or miss"
I’ve used yulu a few times, and while the rides themselves have mostly been fine, the pickup experience has been kind of frustrating. The app will show bikes nearby, but when I get there, either I can’t find the bike or it seems to be parked in some weird spot that’s not easy to access. I’m not sure if this is a common issue everywhere or just the areas I’ve tried, but sometimes the nearest pickup point is still a 10–15 minute walk away, which really defeats the purpose for short rides. Overall, the service is okay once you get a bike, but actually finding one can be a headache.

"super convenient for short rides"
i used yulu a few times this week and had a good experience. the ride felt smooth, even on small bumps, and the seat was way more comfortable than i expected. it was easy to handle in traffic too, so i didn’t feel tired or irritated by the end. for short city trips, it’s really convenient. i reached without any back pain, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

"Good for short rides, but depends on the area"
I use Yulu a few times a week, mostly for quick trips, and in my experience the bikes usually have enough charge when I pick them up. That said, it really depends on where you are. In busier areas, I’ve sometimes found bikes with low battery or no charged bikes available at all, which can be frustrating. For short rides, though, it generally works well for me. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Convenient, But Not Always Close Enough"
I expected the drop points to make things a bit easier, and for the most part they do. It’s handy to have that option instead of waiting around for a delivery. That said, some of the locations are farther away than I’d like, so it’s not always as convenient as I hoped.

"Pretty reliable for daily short rides"
I use yulu almost every day for quick rides, and honestly... the maintenance has been good so far. The brakes usually work fine, the tyres aren’t flat, and most of the bikes feel clean enough to ride. I did get one bike with a low battery once, but yeah, it was easy to switch to another one. Overall, no major issues... I’m happy with the service.

"Convenient for daily short rides"
I mostly use Yulu for quick rides to the metro or my office, and it’s made my daily travel a lot easier. The good thing is that the stations are usually easy to find near my home, workplace, and even near a few shops I visit. Sometimes a station is full, which is a little annoying because you’d think they’d manage that better by now, but usually there’s another one nearby, so it doesn’t become a big problem. Overall, it’s convenient for short everyday trips.
